Payment Terms
How payment works on every X-Gen Systems project. These terms are part of the service agreement every client signs before work starts.
1. Payment Schedule
Every project gets a fixed written quote. Payments follow the schedule that matches the project size.

2. Payment Methods and Due Dates
- USA: PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. UK: PayPal. Account details are given in writing with each invoice.
- Currency: US clients are billed in US dollars, UK clients in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices do not include sales tax, VAT or bank charges.
- Transfer fees are paid by the client.
- Due date: each invoice is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Deposit: work starts only after the deposit is received. The deposit is non refundable once work has started.
- Late payment: amounts more than 15 days overdue incur a late fee of 1.5% per month. Work may be paused, or the website or service taken offline, until overdue amounts are paid.
3. Extra Work and Changes
- Work outside the agreed scope is billed at US$30 per hour, or at a fixed price agreed in writing before it starts.
- New features, pages or changes must be requested in writing (email is fine). We reply with the extra cost and time, and start only after you approve.
- Each design stage includes 2 rounds of revisions. More rounds are billed as extra work.
4. Welcome Discount
New clients who give the code GENIXA5 before signing get 5% off their first project. It does not apply to monthly plans, cannot be combined with other offers, and is valid for 30 days.
5. Ownership and Warranty
- Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website, app, logo and other deliverables made for you.
- For 30 days after launch we fix bugs in the work we delivered at no charge.
- Hosting, domains, app store accounts, paid plugins and AI usage fees are paid by the client, directly or through us at cost.
6. Monthly Plans and Cancellation
- Monthly plans run month to month. Either side can cancel with 30 days written notice.
- Either side can end a project with 14 days written notice. The client pays for work done up to that date. The deposit is not refunded.
